The 2016 Billecart Salmon Brut is a blend of 66% Pinot Noir, 34% Chardonnay , with 100% of the fruit sourced from Grand Crus. After ageing on its lees for 64 months, the champagne was released with a very low dosage of 1.9 grams per litre.
