The 2013 Billecart Salmon Brut is a blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Meunier, with 85% of the fruit sourced from grand crus and premier crus. After ageing on its lees for more than 7 years, the champagne was released with a very low dosage of 3 grams per litre. Expect a creamy texture, with red fruit notes and a nutty character.
