Established in 1818 by Nicolas Francois Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, a Champagne house that has been family-owned and independent for nearly 200 years. The house is situated in the very heart of Champagne in the charming village of Mareuil-sur-Ay. The production methods date back to the origins of the House of Billecart-Salmon and remain secrets that have been handed down for seven generations.
The Brut Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified as red wine. Classic pale pink colour with a delicate and persistent mousse. The cuvee unveils a subtle aroma of fresh red berry fruit and pink grapefruit zest. On the palate the wine is perfectly elegant with a lingering raspberry note on the finish.
