Benjamin Leroux's Saint Romain Blanc has a lovely freshness to it with a creamy lemon-lime citrus character sitting on a bed of white flower aromatics and subtle oak. Very clean with an energetic minerality that makes the wine feel lively throughout. Such an engaging finish too with more heady freshness.
