Benjamin Leroux Auxey-Duresses Blanc 2020

This a great way to enjoy white Burgundy in slightly different form. Auxey-Duresses isn't a household name or even a particularly stylish one, but that's a good thing, as you get to try something a bit out of the ordinary with tons of bang for your buck. This is a super clean, citrus lead glass of pure joy, mineral, inviting and engaging, lively and fresh, with bags of energy. Lees adds texture to the palate but it's measured and soft rather than heavy and intense. This is the Burgundy you drink while your other Burgundy is in the cellar.
