A bit of an oddity but Beaujolais Blanc is still very much Burgundy, 100% Chardonnay but rather than having the full on oak treatment of most whites from the region this is unoaked and fresh with a more mineral, easy going nature. White peach, apple and citrus all play their part in what is a true Burgundy bargain!
