Maison Baron Albert was founded in 1946 by Albert Baron and his wife Béatrice. Their three children - Gilbert, Gervais, and Claude - worked diligently to expand upon their parents' vision. This legacy has since been passed down to Claude's three daughters: Claire, Lise, and Aline.

Today, the estate spans 55 hectares. While each sister has her own area of expertise, major decisions are made collectively. They are deeply committed to preserving their heritage and ensuring a healthy land for future generations. This commitment led them to make their farm one of the first to achieve HVE (High Environmental Value) and Sustainable Viticulture certifications.

Since the first cellars were dug in 1946, the House has continuously innovated. They now employ cutting-edge technologies to produce their vintages with precision and quality. Their champagnes are known for offering excellent value for money.

The L'Enchantresse exemplifies their skill as producers. This blended rosé is an elegant salmon pink. A delight on the palate with an array of bright red fruit aromas.
