Today, the estate spans 55 hectares. While each sister has her own area of expertise, major decisions are made collectively. They are deeply committed to preserving their heritage and ensuring a healthy land for future generations. This commitment led them to make their farm one of the first to achieve HVE (High Environmental Value) and Sustainable Viticulture certifications.

Since the first cellars were dug in 1946, the House has continuously innovated. They now employ cutting-edge technologies to produce their vintages with precision and quality. Their champagnes are known for offering excellent value for money.

La Symbolique is composed of the historical grape of the house, Pinot Meunier, and is a Blanc de Noirs. Producing a powerful aroma of cassis and fresh raspberries, the palate opens up to richer, almost fruit tart-like taste with a shortbread note appearing and lingering on the finish.
