Le Arche Amarone Classico

Le Arche is a relatively new company, based in the Veneto region of north-east Italy, who have invested heavily in the top enological staff available. This ensures that whilst traditional methods are respected, they are constantly updated with modern technology. This results in wines with old world complexity but added depth and richness of mid-palate fruit.

Full and dense on the noses for around 20 days in which time the grapes are well macerated and release a lot of colour. The wine ages in barrique for at least 18 months. with typical dried fruits; figs, raisins and spice with lots of tobacco scents.
