Ailsa Bay Sweet Smoke 1.2

The nose is earthy, with plumes of sweet campfire smoke. The palate is richly peated but the sweet notes of vanilla and cinnamon spice keep everything perfectly tuned, there's a fruity note on the mid palate too, before another puff of clean smoke appears. The finish has a warming spiciness as well as a crisp note of subtle green fruit.
