From the considerably cooler climes of Patagonia in Southern Argentina comes this superb Malbec. Made by the folks at Bodega Aniello in the premium region of the Río Negro, this wine has all the clarity and concentration you expect from the area. The lower temperature of the region leads to a lighter, fresher style of Malbec yet the wine retains all the dark, plumy fruit that defines this wonderful grape variety. In the glass it is unmistakably Malbec, dark with a bright purple rim and the violet and black cherry aromas leap out of the glass.
