La Mecanique du vin tells the story of great winemaking practice from vine to bottle. Translating to "the wine mechanics" in reference to the process required to produces outstanding wine, focusing on a blend of old world and new world practices to produce top quality easy drinking wines.
Clear pale orange colour with aromas of bitter oranges floral and nutty hints through out the wine. Fresh and well balanced with a nice acidity with a long intense finish on the palate.
Perfectly paired with aged cheese such as Roquefort.
