A new Alsatian brand from Mathieu Deiss, son
of acclaimed vigneron Jean-Michel Deiss of Domaine Marcel Deiss

100% Pinot d’Alsace
A blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir coplanted
on quartenary alluvial soils, from the village of Bennwihr. The
average vine age is 50 years and the total holding is 9.8 acres.
Fermentation takes place with natural yeasts in foudres. Aging
for one year on the fine lees in foudres. Bottled with low sulphur
levels (16mg/l free sulphur). The residual sugar is 5 g/l, and the
alcohol is 13.5%. A soft and sensual wine. Supple, precise and
refreshing on the palate.
