StyleFull & Opulent
This Shiraz is sourced from the finest available vineyard sites across the premium Northern Barossa Valley including for the most part Greenock, Western Ridge and Ebenezer.
A serious drop of wine, there isn’t the sickly-sweet notes you find in commercial, mass produced shiraz but it’s still a bold glass of wine but in a far more mature style with distinctive notes of blackberry, pepper & spice, the palate is meaty too with incredible length for the price point, forget the brash, big brand Aussie Shiraz & buy this instead.
Serve alongside a piece of top quality, rare red meat & enjoy!

Magpie Estate is a partnership of two decades between UK wine merchant identity Noel Young and Barossa winemaker Rolf Binder, whose cult status has been long established through his Veritas wines. Magpie Estate draws on 15 vineyards in the northern Barossa Valley, the benefactor of Binder’s deep history and extensive network in the area. Whole-berry fermentation accentuates fruit generosity, while a touch of Petite Sirah adds some structure and spice.
