Lambrusco Rosso Di Castelvetro Secco, Donelli, 75cl

The Secco is a dry style Lambrusco as opposed to the Ambaile which carries more sweetness.  There's a mouth full of juicy fruit but with more underlying sweet spice than the sweeter styles, effortlessly drinkable and wonderful with everything from a hearty sausage stew to a fruit based desserts.
