Gusbourne Estate sits on the low slopes of the ancient Kentish escarpment at Appledore. The two hundred hectare estate is on a single site with twenty hectares under vine cultivation with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. The entire estate consists exclusively of south facing slopes thereby maximising the exposure to the sun.
Gusbourne Rose NV is made up of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay and aged for a minimum of 24 months on lees. Only 3200 bottles produced.
On the nose, clean with youthful strawberry, cranberry and rhubarb aromas. The palate is dry and medium bodied with delicate blossom and rose water hints.
