The indigenous Nosiola grapes are sourced from the Calavino hills, in the Valle dei Laghi. Vinification takes place without any contact with the skins. After fermentation the wine is matured in stainless steel until bottling takes place in spring.
Ripe pear and apple notes are balanced by fresh, zesty acidity - with juicy fruit, lightly textured notes and a crisp green edge.
A great alternative to Pinot Grigio, Nosiola works perfectly with creamy fish & pasta dishes.
