Jansz NV Rosé is Tasmanian and Tasmania is renowned as Australia’s home of great quality sparkling wine. It’s cool latitude and maritime climate are ideal to produce powerful fruit flavours balanced by elegance and natural acidity. This cuvee is made from fruit grown on multiple sites across Tasmania all producing excellent quality sparkling wines. The Jansz Premium NV Rosé is based upon Jansz wines of several vintages. Classical Sparkling winemaking is used throughout the winemaking process. Hand picking, gentle whole brunch pressing, cool fermentation, 100% malolactic fermentation, complex assemblage and long ageing on lees after bottle fermentation, all combine to produce a stylish and complex wine.

"Pale colour – only just rosé. Serious, chalky nose along with mature, complex savoury tones. Light and delicate in the mouth with a fine intensity of fresh red fruit through to a long finish. Finesse and harmony throughout." Decanter 2014
90 points - "The non-vintage Rosé is a combination of 49% Pinot Noir, 47% Chardonnay, and 4% Pinot Meunier. Framboise intermixed with notions of herbs, earth, and brioche offer a delicious introduction to this dry, medium-bodied rose, which has an average tirage age of 29 months. The finish is long, and the bubbles are tiny, precise, and consistent."
Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (USA), June 2011
93 points - "Pink with a touch of salmon; strawberry notes ex pinot very obvious; a fun and flavor-filled sparkling with good length and balance."
James Halliday, James Halliday's Wine Companion, December / January 2012
