An archetypal “Chiantishire” countryside is a Renaissance villa that is the family seat of the Principe Duccio Corsini, a cheroot-chewing connoisseur of Chianti and also gardening (in which he holds a festival each year). To aid his love of Chianti, he employs star winemaker Carlo Ferrini; these wines display richness, depth of fruit and complexity without being too modern or over the top. The Chianti Classico is generous and open with vibrant, almost crunchy sorbet fruit.
Partially aged in Cement vats nad oak casks for 12 months.
