Cabernet/Malbec, Cheval des Andes, 75cl
£74.90

A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. Against a background of snowy peaks, lie the highest vineyards in the world. This is the birthplace of Cheval des Andes. The vines are on average 75 years old; grown on clay, silt and gravel and produce incredibly rich wines with great purity. The grapes are handpicked and undergo careful bunch and berry selection at the winery. The wine spends 15 to 18 months in new French oak.
