This is the 5th edition of Kilchoman's very popular 100% Islay series, released in 2015 - the year of Kilchoman's 10th anniversary. A lightly peated single malt Scotch whisky, made with barley which was grown on Islay, distilled by Kilchoman and matured in a mixture of fresh and refill bourbon barrels, filled in 2009 and 2010. It was bottled without any of that chill-filtration or any of those additional colours at all.
