Edmond Briottet, Figue de Barbarie (Prickly Pear) Liqueur
The current head of the maison, Gerard Briottet, represents the fourth generation of the family and continues the tradition started by his great grandfather, Edmond Briottet, in 1836 at 12 rue Berlier in Dijon, France. These are some of the most highly regarded liqueurs by bartenders and restaurateurs worldwide and are of superb quality.
A liqueur made from the Figue de Barbarie or prickly pear cactus and peppers. It is very unusual but would be great for an Mexican themed cocktails.
