Made from the Sangiovese grape, sourced from three non-adjacent vineyards surrounding the parish church on this beautiful estate owned by the Gaja family since 1994. This Grappa, made from Sangiovese pomace, is luminous with a delicate aroma and a rich structure which mirrors the aromatic components, with its intense floral notes. Excellent concentration, with a slightly peppery finish.
