This is an organic white wine which expresses the freshness and the wilder side of the Verdejo grape variety. Bodegas Menade ferment with the grapes’ very own natural wild yeasts in order that the wine truly reflect its environment.

Brimming with concentrated varietal and mineral aromas; its pronounced white fruits vie with attractive herbaceous elements such as laurel, thyme and fennel. Expect the wine to have a good combination of tropical and citrus fruit. It will pair well with seafood and chicken dishes.
