Mandrarossa Laguna Secca Chardonnay

Grapes are delicately picked, destalked and pressed. The juice is then cooled to 8 - 10ºC for 4-6 hours. The juice is then cold decanted and inoculated with selected yeast for fermentation between 16 - 18ºC. The wine sees no oak ageing but is left to settle in stainless steel before bottling. Vibrant slight straw yellow with hints of green. Rich, ripe green apple aromas, with gentle overtones of orchard blossoms, macadamia nuts and honey. On the palate, soft and rich, deep fruit, fat on the middle palate and great extract lead to a long, rich, fat round finish, almost viscous.
