Description
Produced from Trebbiano grapes cultivated in the Abruzzo region on the Adriatic coast of southeast Italy and harvested by hand in early September.
Following crushing and gentle pressing, a cool, slow fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. The wine was bottled young after a short period of ageing on fine lees in stainless steel.
A fresh and lively unoaked white with ripe peach and citrus fruit aromas. Light and easy to drink but with good weight and texture and some richness. The finish is crisp with a shot of racy, zesty acidity.
Serve chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish and light, creamy pasta dishes.
