Peter, who is managing the wine merchants offers York's most comprehensive and stimulating range of wines. Drawing on over 20 years of wine trade experience working in every aspect of the business from delivery boy to cellarhand to salesman and eventually proprietor, Peter has an eclectic range of whisky's and spirits and in excess of 500 wines available to choose from. Particular emphasis is on those from Italy, Spain, Portugal and New Zealand - a country for which he has a particular affinity.
