The traditional lightly peated Bruichladdich style is present in this, the only organic whisky from Islay. Matured mainly in ex Bourbon American oak casks but still using some new wood to produce what Bruichladdich call their creamiest whisky yet. Citrussy sweet tones are present on the nose with buttery barley notes on the palate.
